Firm(s): Supporting Evaluations and Reviews in 2019-2022

The IEU of the GCF is seeking to contract qualified, reputable and experienced Firm(s) for Provision of consultancy services for supporting evaluations and reviews to be conducted by the IEU of the GCF in 2019 as well as in 2020 through establishment of non-exclusive Long Term Agreements (LTAs) on the basis of “if and when required” with no legal obligation to order any minimum or maximum quantity. The terms of reference included in Annex 1 provides the details of the assignment and expected deliverables. Sealed Proposals must be submitted to the Secretariat no later than 21 October 2018 at 17:00 hrs (time) Korean time. See Terms of Reference

Consultant: Evaluation Synthesis Study

The IEU of the GCF is looking for a consultant to commission a Synthesis Study of IEU and GCF Evaluative Evidence and Lessons from past and current evaluations, reviews, studies, etc conducted by the IEU and the GCF, focusing on the findings, conclusions, recommendations and scenarios presented to draw the overall lessons learnt and highlight key patterns. Interested candidates are requested to submit the following items by 22 October 2018 at 12:00 hrs (time) Korean time. See Terms of Reference
