Request for input: Evaluation of the Climate Investment Funds

The Climate Investment Funds have requested an independent evaluation of their operations. In accordance with the CIFs' governance frameworks, the evaluation will be overseen by an Evaluation Oversight Committee (EOC) comprised of representatives of the Multilateral Development Banks' independent evaluation departments. Based on preliminary consultations, the EOC has drafted an Approach Paper that proposes a set of evaluation questions and sketches an evaluation work program.

The community of practice initiative was also presented at Centro Agronómico Tropical de Investigación y Enseñanza (CATIE) a research academic institute based in Turrialba Costa Rica.
